Rhyd-y-Defaid Drive

The Brief

The property is situated in its own grounds comprising front and rear gardens, planted with shrubs and surrounding the house.
The client would like the gardens maintained and if possible improved to suit the large house they surround.

A large and unused space outside the back door and leading to the potting shed has been transformed into a herb garden. It makes good use of the sunny aspect and is easily accessible from the kitchen.
The materials were fairly inexpensive and the young plants are enhanced by the pale gravel mulch.
The grass edges can be easily mowed around so maintenance will be straightforward in the future.
