Information
To draft a design, I need the following:
Accurate measurements
An aerial photograph
A completed mood board
Approximate soil pH and type
Aspect
Concept Plans
I will provide you with 1 or 2 concept plans via mail or email.
We then have 2 or 3 Zoom calls to discuss the Plans.
You can have up to 3 amendments
The Design Plan
When the Final Design is agreed, I will draw it up and send it to you by mail or email.
This may take a few weeks depending on the complexity of the final drawing.
In-Person Design
If you are resident in the Swansea or South Wales area, the design process is best followed through personal visits from Rachel.
As a rough guide, costs may be expected as:
Initial site survey incuding measurements, site plan, aspect
and soil pH - £150
Provision of 1 or 2 concept plans with amendments
- from £160 each
Zoom calls - £20.00 each
The Final Plan including all plant names with quantities of each
- price depending on complexity of the brief
Remote Design
If you are resident anywhere else in the UK or Internationally,
design is best followed through a remote process.
As a guide costs may be expected as:
Provision of 1 or 2 concepts plans with Amendments
- from £160 each

Failure to provide accurate information may negatively affect my ability to provide a smooth design process *
