Coronavirus COVID-19 Statement

Rachel writes...

As of 6am Saturday 7th August 2021, Wales has entered Level Zero. This does not mean that as a country we will not have to return to a Lockdown situation in future. But for now we are all able to go about our business and daily lives much as before the Covid Coronavirus pandemic.
This means that Rachel's Garden will continue to work in Swansea and surrounding areas with extra precautions as standard: alcohol gel sanitiser used between clients, increased hand washing and increased cleaning of common touchpoints. I will continue the practises of social distancing and wearing a three-layer mask as appropriate.
I have received both doses off the Pfizer vaccine and remain well. I have had the booster (AstraZeneca) and am fit and well.
In the event that I become unwell with any of the recognised Covid symptoms I will seek medical advice and help.
I am open to visiting and working in new gardens, so long as reasonable precautions are in place. Please contact me via the Contact page, by email, or texting me directly on 07815 040 865.
I hope each and every one of you is safe and well and remains so.

Previous Updates from Rachel:

"I have recently decided to restart working in selected gardens in Swansea and South Wales. Some of my regular gardens will be 'off-limits' to me as I would have to enter the garden through the property and at this time I do not feel it is safe for me to put myself and others at risk in this way.
As time goes on I will review this situation on a case-by-case basis as required by my clients. I fully respect my clients' wishes during this continuing Coronavirus pandemic.
I am open to visiting and working in new gardens, so long as reasonable social distancing can be maintained. Please contact me via the Contact page, by email, or texting me directly on 07815 040 865.
I hope each and every one of you is safe and well and remains so.
If you are in any doubt at all, please refer to your local Government advice.

"The Welsh and UK Governments' advice is now to stay at home. I cannot justify visiting up to 12 gardens each week and therefore I am ceasing trading for the immediate future.

I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

"During this difficult period of global healthcare crisis, I will continue working as much as possible.

I will continue to wash my hands thoroughly with soap and water between clients.

I will wipe down and disinfect my tools between clients.

I will not be handling paper money or use paper invoices as this is a potential point of disease transfer.
Payment should be made through direct bank transfer to account no. 23136183, sort code

I respect individual clients' wishes with regard to self-isolation or health care issues.

Please look after yourselves, and I will keep you all updated as the situation progresses."
